Company Description

Join us as a key member of our Contract Voice team. You’ll work closely with the Senior CVM Campaign Manager to put our strategies into action. This includes defining plans for strategic initiatives, setting requirements, and briefing all teams involved.

Your Role: You’ll work with various teams (like Marketing, Online, Retail, Contact Centre, and more) to coordinate the delivery of our Contract Voice CVM programmes. This involves attending planning meetings, team sprints, and more.

You’ll also handle the technical aspects of our Customer Communications. This includes dealing with complex elements like personalisation and automation in creative content, messaging, and offers. You’ll need to understand and respond to any changes that could impact our programmes or activities.

Qualifications

Experience Needed

  • Experience in delivering complex customer value relationship programmes through various channels.
  • Technical experience in delivering automated and personalised customer communications.
  • Comfortable influencing at all levels and working in cross-functional teams.
  • CRM or growth/value management experience in B2C organisations or agency side.
  • Experience working in an agile delivery model and using Jira for workflow tracking.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Campaign is a plus.

We’re looking for someone who can ensure our delivery is timely, fit for purpose, and helps us achieve our KPIs. You’ll also contribute to our performance targets by identifying opportunities to improve and optimise our programmes. If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you!


Additional Information

  • We offer a competitive annual salary.
  • You’ll be eligible for a performance-based annual bonus and an additional ‘flexible allowance’. You can use this flexible allowance to avail additional benefits, top up your pension, or simply add it to your salary.
  • The salary range for this role begins at £37,200. Please note that the exact salary will vary depending on the specific job role and your experience.
  • We support hybrid working. You can work from your home for 2-3 days a week and spend the remaining 2-3 days at our brand new office in Reading’s Green Park.
  • You’ll be entitled to 28 days of annual leave, plus 8 bank holidays and 3 personal days each year. The number of annual leave days increases with your length of service.
  • We provide Private Medical Insurance, Life Assurance, and Income Protection.
  • You’ll receive a free mobile phone package and an unlimited sim-card.

At Three we have a hybrid working arrangement in place as standard for office based employees, where employees work from a mix of office based location and working from their home in the UK to carry on their role.

Excluding retail, core hours at Three are between 10:00 and 16:00, with operating hours between 08:00 & 18:30. This allows employees to have a start time between 08:00 and 10:00 and finish time between 16:00 and 18:30.
