In the Digital team, we’re fully committed to using our expertise and knowhow to improve our customers’ experience. This isn’t just on mobiles but across any sort of platform that allows digital interaction. The digital team is expanding rapidly – and will expand at a similar rate in the months and years to come.

We’re made up of several collaborative, self-sufficient micro-teams and use an Agile delivery approach to maximise time and cost effectiveness. We have a passion for online, a keen interest in digital evolution, and an ability to communicate with any and all business stakeholders. We see our team as pioneers, exploring the outer limits of our digital world while, at all times, keeping our work relevant to the Three customer base.

Our team is responsible for all aspects of the online channel, from insight and analytics to development and user experience. Above all, we’re excited by digital and all the various opportunities that it offers. By harnessing the true power of digital, we’ll play a vital part in acquiring and retaining customers for Three.
