Working in Operations.

Our network is always on duty, always in demand. So it has to be reliable. This is all down to the support and diligence of our Operations team. They make sure our network is constantly available. This means our customers' experience is in their hands – whether it's troubleshooting glitches or making it bigger, better, faster and stronger.

The department breaks down into various teams. Service Management and Service Desk troubleshoot on partner issues; getting to the heart of the problem and coming up with a fix. Service Desk is also the first port of call for all partners and suppliers.

Our Back Office teams keep our network available and continuously improved while our data centre and field teams keep the infrastructure ticking over. All of these are ably supported by Service Transition who takes care of projects that improve services for our customers.
