Customer Advisors.

Customer Advisors help our customers get the best from Three. This means listening to what they need and helping them pick the best package. We`re looking for bright people with real personality. People who enjoy talking to customers and like the challenge of hitting targets - Someone who is customer centric And committed to delivering the job in hand with quality front of mind. Experience isn`t essential as we will give you the tools you need to deliver. What`s most important is that you`re confident, hard-working and provide our customers an amazing experience.

Assistant Store Managers.

Our ASMs need plenty of drive and the right attitude to excel. Reporting into a Store Manager you will provide support and guidance to develop your store team, enhancing our company reputation and helping us to become the UKs most loved brand. You’ll be a role model, coaching customer advisors to deliver exceptional levels of service, driving commercial performance, and supporting them in day 2 day activities and personal development.

In the absence of the Store Manager you`ll be responsible and accountable to lead the team towards success. You'll learn while you lead too, often running the store on your own when the Store Manager is away. Creating a future path to Store Management and beyond

Store Manager.

As a Store Manager you will be charged with motivating and inspiring the team, providing personal development and encouraging their ideas. Your aim will be to grow your store`s business, leading by example, providing outstanding customer experience to support our aim to be the UKs most loved brand. We’re decisive in our thinking. And we’re committed to delivering the job in hand with quality front of mind. In order to succeed you’ll need retail management experience, a commercial mind-set and the ability to influence and motivate a team of individuals.

You’ll be an advocate of Three - We believe any one single person has the power to change the world for the better and through our Be Three Skills, we help our people do just that. With future career paths across the retails estate and into central functions to support your career goals.

Lead Store Manager.

The Lead Store Manager is recognised as the right hand of the Area Manager. You’ll be called upon to deputise, whilst learning how to be an Area Manager from the safety of a high performing store.

You will lead and inspire your peers in the area, ensuring they understand their role in bringing to life our Company strategy at store level, and helping us to become the UK`s most loved brand. You will be a role model and proactively seek opportunities to improve the employee experience , inspiring exceptional levels of customer experience and resulting commercial performance across the area.
