Company Description

Credit Risk is pivotal in stopping applicants with a high propensity to be Fraud or Bad Debt connecting onto the network, whilst ensuring we take on as many connections as possible. 
 
The successful candidate will have a leading role in this by being the main link into other key areas within Finance Operations, and in bringing our analysts along on the journey. 
 
You will be using your data analytics skills using systems like Excel, SAS, Alteryx, Python and Snowflake to pro-actively come up with ideas by collecting, analysing and interpreting our data and our credit policies & Credit Strategies to make recommendations to management. Your knowledge of scorecard monitoring and development will ensure that our decisioning is optimised at all times.
 
You will be a key member of Credit Risk - Strategy, the team which controls and maintains our 1st line decisioning outcomes via our credit scorecards while managing the First Bill Not Paid rate for new connections. This is highly visible across the business and to our shareholders.

Job Description

Qualifications

•   Experience as Senior/Lead Analyst level in a fast-paced organisation.
•   Experience of managing, maintaining and developing new & existing credit scorecards (Essential). 
•    Advanced Excel skills: Macros, Pivots, VLOOKUP, conditional formatting etc. (VBA beneficial).
•    Open and flexible personality to deal with constantly evolving situations and delivering to all levels in the business
•    Proven and recent experience (within last 6 months) in analysing data using strong SAS/SQL, Alteryx or similar language & systems knowledge (Essential).

Salary range for this role start's at £37,200 and exact salary will differ by job and experience

At Three we have a hybrid working arrangement in place as standard for office based employees, where employees work from a mix of office based location and working from their home in the UK to carry on their role.

Excluding retail, core hours at Three are between 10:00 and 16:00, with operating hours between 08:00 & 18:30. This allows employees to have a start time between 08:00 and 10:00 and finish time between 16:00 and 18:30.
